Incorporated in 1994. Core business is OE supplier for sales, services and installation of HispaCold and Sanden brands of air-conditioning systems for commercial vehicles, viz. Trucks and Buses. Other Business includes: • Sole Agent for HispaCold air-conditioners for buses.


CAMBODIA


Incorporated in 1994. Core operation is a concept “one-stop workshop” which includes servicing & repairs of automotive air-con, automotive engine maintenance & repairs, bodywork & insurance claims. Some of our customers whose vehicles are maintained by our workshop, includes: • UN agencies • World Health Organisation and other NGOs • Most of the foreign embassies and consulates in Cambodia • Cambodian ministries • Major Hotels, MNCs and SME



Incorporated in Oct 2003 to complement our existing Cambodian air-conditioning business, bringing our expertise in automotive air-conditioning into residential and commercial buildings air-conditioning. We are the authorised Cambodian dealer for Daikin (Japan) air-conditioning systems. In addition to our product ranges, we have our own designed and manufactured range of air-conditioning systems, brand-named DENKI .


THAILAND


Acquired in 2004, this Company deals in the supply and distribution of automotive security system, DataDot Theft Deterrent Systems, as well as the importing and exporting of automotive parts to the surrounding countries.



Incorporated in 2005, this Company deals in the import of solar control films and security laminates for distribution into the Thai domestic market.


VIETNAM


Incorporated in early November 2004, with the purchase of land at a designated site for a new deep-water port in Ho Chin Min City, this company will be the manufacturing hub of our business; automotive and bus air-conditioning systems for the local and regional markets. In July 2006, it was renamed to reflect our forward-looking enterprise and technologically advance products.
